How Our Company Started

After leaving his job as a Managing Senior Director of the largest volume independent retail shopping center leasing and brokerage firm in Arizona, Ronald Finkel decided to start his own business. He saw the apparent need for a full-service, boutique real estate company in the market. Later, he teamed up with Heidi Nelson, a skilled associate broker, and established AZ7 Real Estate.

For more than 10 years now, we have been providing quality commercial and residential real estate services. The hands-on involvement of our proficient, professional brokerage team in any of our assignments has been one of the reasons behind our company’s success.
